摘要
西德BES-800胶带运输机的电控系统经常出现故障。为此我们去阜新、开滦、阳泉等矿务局进行了调查研究。我们认为电控系统主要有下列三方面的问题,即u3稳压电源、CMOS元件和控制系统。本电控系统中所使用的某些元部件与同时由西德引进的EDW-300（L）采煤机电控系统中所使用的元部件有共同之处,故本文对该型号采煤机的维修也有某些参考价值。
-In this paper detail analysis are given to the common breakdown of electro-control system on German-made BES-800 belt conveyor, that is the restore of U_3 steady voltage power source. Reasons of common breakdowns are found and practical preventive measures are put forward. The author states that all components on the 34 plug-in-plates can be substituted by Chinese-made CMOS integrated circuit except diodes, triodes and amplifiers. Diagrams and notes for substitution are given.
