对加快立井普通法施工速度的看法

摘要 建国以来,我国煤矿开凿许多立井,净径4.5~8米,最深1060米。目前,立井深度有增加的趋势,表土冲积层厚度加大,技术要求较高,建井难度增大,因而除特殊凿井发展较快外,普通法施工也随着经验之积累,曾创造了月成井134.28米和174.82米的好成绩。但总的说来,立井施工仍处于效率低,成本高,质量差,速度慢的状态。1980年全国平均月进成井26.31米,1981年反而有所下降。这和四化建设对能源的要求很不相适应。 In this paper some coal mine construction projects are reviewed and the viewpoint of paying more attention to hydrogeological data of inspection borehole for shaft is put forward. Besides, the author also stands for the application of mature mechanized equipment in large deep shaft sinking and conventional equipment in small shallow shaft sinking. Effective technologies and equipment such as sinking and supporting with small sections, longhole blasting, temporary supporting with bolting-shotcreting, rock waste bunker with certain capacity at shaft site, concrete delivery through pipe column should be popularized.
