Development of Monitoring and Experimental Techniques for Mining Machinary

摘要 近年来,我国煤矿采掘机械化发展较快。1981年统配煤矿采煤机械化程度达39.77%,其中综采占17.66%,掘进装载机械化程度约40%。我国已初步掌握了液压支架、采煤机、掘进机、可弯曲运输机、可伸缩皮带机。 In this paper requirements for underground mining machinary have been summarized into ten items. They are: explosion-proof, dust-proof, water-proof, moistureproof, corrosion proof and wear resistant,shock and shake-proof, easy to install,disassemble and transport, suitable for narrow space .pounding and extrusion-proof, fire-proof and burning resistant, prevention for leakage of electricity and static electricity. Monitoring and experiment for mining machinary have been classified according to various objects and contents, such as characters of contents, loading conditions during experiment, objects and effect of application. Finally some suggestions are demonstrated for the development of monitoring and experimental techniques in our country.
