Experiences with and Trends of Rational Concentration of Mines

本刊自1981年第四期开展“矿井的合理集中生产”专题讨论以来,得到广大读者的支持和关注。为了认真做好总结,促进矿井合理集中生产工作的发展,中国煤炭学会委托本刊编辑部与《煤炭学报》编辑部于今年5月6～11日在四川省沫江煤矿召开了“矿井的合理集中生产”专题讨论会,有120名代表参加了讨论会,就集中生产的定义、内容、技术途径、衡量指标,特别是近年来的经验和有关问题进行了研究讨论。会议委托中国矿业学院讲师王玉浚、大屯煤矿指挥部高级工程师朱培华、武汉煤矿设计研究院工程师王升鸿、煤炭部规划设计总院高级工程师许德佐、西安矿业学院副教授吴绍倩和本刊编辑部高级工程师朱美丽等6位同志对专题讨论进行技术总结,现发表如下。至此,专题技术讨论暂告一段落。今后本刊将继续注意这方面的新动向,适时发表新的经验。

This paper starts with explanation of the meaning of mine concentration and its development. And experiences with mine concentration in the recent years in China are summarized. They are mainly: 1) to develop vigorously mechanized mining to increase the output per single face,2) to simplify entry system and improve mining method, 3) to establish a rational production system,4)to improve labour organization,and5) to pratice rational concentration of production with the prerequisite of ensuring safe production. The design capacity of the mine in 1980 increased by 51.9^ as compared with that in 1962, and the percentage of drivage decreased by i.i.%%, the amount of coal obtained per metre of drivage increased from 240 tons to 520 tons. Although good results have been obtained currently, there still exist some problems, such as low face output, great diversity of results. Finally, the requirements for mine design and technical transformation are put for-'ward.
