The Application of GS 1000×2000 Type Probability Screen in Preparation Plant

由中国矿业学院研制的GS1000×2000型煤用概率分级筛于1982年3月完成了工业性试验,并于7月进行了技术鉴定。经过半年多生产实践证明,该设备性能和筛分效果良好,最终产品质量合格,已成功地完成了对50～0mm粒级原煤的干法分级为50～13mm混中块、13～6mm粒煤、6～0mm粉煤三种产品。

—In this paper the application of GS 1000X2000 type probability screen in coal preparation plant has been introduced. This screen can be used as preparative screen to have products of -6mm or -13mm. The screen residue can further be prepared with floatation. If it will be used for final screening products of 6-0mm, 13-6mm, 25-13mm, +50mm can be prepared directly. This is the equipment for classification with dry method of raw coal with sizes of 50 to 0mm. Analysis have been emphasized on the economical results and points for attention.
