摘要
对岩性硬、难冒落、冒落时块度大和存在冲击载荷等矿压特点的坚硬顶板,应选哪一种架型,这是架型设计和生产选型中所关心的问题。我国顶板最坚硬的矿区之一大同煤田,目前使用的支架主要是垛式与支撑掩护式支架。由于架型和结构不适应支护煤层顶板矿压显现规律和冒落特性,有的在使用不到2年时间里。
In this paper summary and analysis are given to breakdowns in the application of two types of support .such as chock-shield and buttress type, used in Datong hard roof. Keeping in mind the specification of hard roof as hard to cave analysis of stress are demonstrated to the reasons of the following accidents; spoiling of prop and cap of chock-shield support caused by falling of lump waste, bending of bar on buttress support causing longitudinal sliding of support and splitting of jack cylinder etc.
