Letter of Congratulation——May "Coal Science and Technology" Journal Become A Forum for Disseminating New Techniques

首先祝贺《煤炭科学技术》创刊十周年,感谢编辑部的同志和广大作者在促进煤炭技术的进步和煤炭工业的发展方面作出的积极努力. 我不是专家,对刊物登载的技术方面的文章也没有时间进行仔细研究,但是我觉得出版《煤炭科学技术》这个刊物是很有必要的。

——In his letter, Gao Yangwen, the Minister of Coal Industry congratulates the tenth anniversary of publication of 'Coal Science and Technology',and thanks the editors and readers for their contributions to the development of mining technology and the industry. He says, under the current new situation the Jounal should undertake the important task of disseminating new techniques, exchanging new experiences, discussing new problems and promoting the development of mining technology. He hopes in the period of rapid development and great change the staff of the editorial department and the technical personnel in coal industry make the Journal a forum for transferring new innovations, experiences and technology and new things.
