摘要
钢绳牵引胶带输送机(简称钢带机)是一种长距离、大运量、高效能的运输设备。从五十年代在英国成功地用于生产迄今,已有了很大的发展;驱动功率已由当初的110HP发展到4000HP,速度由1.2m/s提高到5.4m/s,机长由910m发展到14600m。我国自从第一台长2600m水平运输钢带机于1968年在阳泉四矿投产以来。
Some improvements have been made on the newly developed JT-1000 cable belt conveyor in the light of the existing problems. It is proved to be successful by two years' operation. The improvements made are; 1) use of two AC drives and double closed-loop series, a SCR speed regulator with a tensile calibrator, 2) adoption of new type of epicyclic reducer, 3) asymmetric upper and lower cable grooves with deflection angle cross-section, 4) suspended structure , increased diameter of rope guiding and gradient adjusting wheels and use of nylon lining for upper pulley which has elongated the cable service life and increased operational stablity, 5) use of discbrake for ensuring safe operation, 6) use of suspended adjustable grade device.
