ZSD-1894 Type Screen with Constant Bed Thickness and Its Commercial Test

为解决煤炭中、细粒干式筛分问题而研制的ZSD1894型等厚筛,已在阜新平安矿选煤厂完成了工业性试验。分级粒6mm。经过1700小时连续运转,处理50～0mm原煤20万吨,生产50～6mm煤12万吨;入料量150～225吨/时·台,单位能力10～15t/h·m^2。

—Tests indicate that this kind of screen can be used for dry screening of 6mm fines reliably and successfully. This paper describes results of different screening processes under commercial test conditions and their performances. The screen with constant bed thickness has a broken line type deck,its capacity is 2-3 times that of conventional vibrating screen. Based on the test results, the author has proposed a method for determining such parameters as the number of section, gradient and length distribution. The working principles, the structural features and scope of application and the economic benefits obtained are briefly dealt with.
