摘要
1982年1~5月,淮南新庄孜矿使用U型钢可缩性圆形支架与喷锚联合支护,翻修了四水平穿过断层带的一段巷道。10月,淮南矿务局召开了现场评议会,会议认为这种支护方法适用于支护较深水平的松软破碎岩层的巷道。这种支护方法正在五水平通过断层带的新掘的巷道进一步试验,其初步支护效果也明显地比其它支架好得多。
Successful experiences are described of applying yieldable U steel rings together with bolting-shotcreting in a stretch of haulage roadway passing a faulted zone at depth in Xinzhuangzi Mine in Huainan Area. Firstly, geological conditions of the faulted zone and test results of rock specimen are briefly introduced. Damages of several types of support used before are dealt with. Based on study of interaction between rock pressure and supports, the principles for selecting supports used in soft and weak rock are proposed. It is decided to introduce yielding U rings in conjunction with bolting and shotcreting. Determination of support parameters and construction method are also discussed. The performance of this type of support system is analyzed based on the observed data. The following conclusions are drawn. 1. horizontal deformation of support tends to be stable with the time and the rate of deformation is reduced gradually; 2. support load tends to be uniform and the yield coincides with deformation; 3. floor lifting is effectively controlled by support; 4. applying of shotcreting makes deformation of surrounding rock further stable; 5. the surrounding rocks exhibit significant Theological property, and the plastic zone increases with time,and it takes a long time to become stable.
