摘要
滴道煤矿副井JKM1.85×4型多绳提升机自1972年投产运行以来,机组减速器(图1)在运行中出现了严重的超限振动,同时也导致提升机大厅楼板产生强烈的振动。经实测,减速器最大径向振幅为1.16mm;轴向为0.62mm。该型提升机设计规定机组最大振幅不超过0.15mm(指单振幅,为统一起见,本文所用振幅一词均指单振幅),可见实际振幅分别超出设计允许值的6.7倍和3.1倍,从而导致该机组自投产以来的8年中一直半载运行。当煤炭生产达到了设计产量之后,这个问题就成为生产上亟待解决的关键问题之一。
Since commissioning of JKM 1.85×4 multirope winder for the auxiliary shaft in Didao colliery, it has been running under semi-load conditions for eight years because of excessive vibration of the reducer.
Efforts have been made in three aspects, as vibration source, features of vibration and damping techniques, resulting in prominent results.
It is found that source of violent vibration of winder is non-coupled transmission of the coupling. Practical and theoretical calculation indicate the set is running in resonance and the features of vibration are found out.
