摘要
1982年7月31日到9月7日,在平顶山一矿戊七采区发生3起由于主扇停风所引起的高氮缺氧事故,都出现在沿空送巷的工作面。现将事故的情况和原因作一简单介绍。平顶山一矿1959年投产,原设计能力150万吨/年。经过技术改造,1980年核定生产能力为260万吨/年,1981年产量达到311万吨。煤质牌号为气肥煤。该矿地质构造比较简单,煤层稳定,可采煤层有丁、戊、己三组,共8层。现生产水平采丁、戊两组。
No. l Colliery in Pingdingshan area is a slightly gassy mine with an annual output of 2.6 million tons of coal. V7 mining section is situated in the east wing of this colliery, and pressure system of ventilation is adopted. Three accidents took place respectively in the start line of V_8-179 face and the lower end of V_(10)-173 coal face in bottom slice of a seam in V, mining section. The reasons for these accidents are mainly: 1. rapid outflow of large amount of toxic gases in the goaf (nitrogen 90.67—92.76% and oxygen 1.79—3.3%) from windlass chamber caused by excessive pressure difference in goaf area and roadways resulted from sudden stoppage of pressure ventilation system; 2. use of downward system of ventilation which caused outflow of gases in goaf. Upward system of ventilation can stop outflow of toxic gases from the goaf, and can change the constituents of the gases(nitrogen 7S.20%,oxygen 20.50%). 3. accumulation of toxic gases at some localities, especially when driving through goaf area, which facilitates emission of toxic gases from goaf.
