摘要 对于一个新开发的煤田来说,为了选择合理的开采工艺以及确定轮斗铲的合理参数,都需要对岩石切割阻力进行预测。西德克虏伯公司是根据岩石的单位线切割阻力与抗压强度之间的经验回归方程来预测岩石的单位线切割阻力。 In this paper introduction is given to the prediction of cutting resistance in rock.Study has been carried on to meet the ne- cessity in the development of surface coal mi- ning in China. With the affect of cutting force stamping nucleuses and wedged gap are formed. The stamping nucleuses act as a new cutting tool. It separates the cutting force into tangential compressive force and splitting force. Thus forces concentrate at the tip of the wedged gap. Initial fractures appear leading to rock fragmentation. A formula has been ob- tained showing the relation between linear cutting resistance and fracture area basing upon the fragmentation as elastic fundamental beam K_(Lcp) =A/2 (aF)^(1/2). This formula express not only the mechanical characteristics of rock but also influence of cutting parameters on cutting resistance. The paper describes also prediction method and procedure of determining cutting resistance in rock. Standard and method for determination of cutting force for bucket are given.
