我国综采产量已占统配煤炭总产量的20.49%,这对加速煤炭增产,改变矿井面貌起到积极作用。但由于综采耗资较大,约为相同生产能力的普采装备费的2.5倍,使综采发展步伐受到约束。几年来。
In this paper the following technical approaches for reducing cost of Chinese-made power supports are discussed: 1) Reasonable selection of power support type and function parameters. Functions include: protection from side collapse, anti- sliding and anti-toppling, double extension of prop etc. Parameters include: loading capacity, extension ratio and pressure of hydraulic. 2) Material cost consists 34-44% of the cost of power support. Therefore measures such as better selection of material, reasonable design of dimensions, rational utilization of material should be carried on in order to lower material cost. The author considers that if modern me- thods for design such as optimizaton, finite ele- ments and new theory of strength can be used then they will become also important approaches for lowering the cost of power support. 3) Since hydraulic components of power sup- port are various. Their standardization, popu- larization of in-shape seal and investigation of coating have pratical meanings. 4) Economic and effective technologies should be used, among them are: using rolling instead of milling for machining the outer cylinder of prop. application of rotatable cutter and 'turn-off-cutting method', and applying specific effective machine tool and numerical controlled machine tool etc. 5) According to the statistics of the author cost of management consists 9--15% of the power support cost. Therefore management should be improved, TQC activities should take place, loss by rejects should decrease etc.
