摘要
采煤机牵引部控制系统原理如图1。其工作原理如下:采煤机电动机1,通过齿轮传动系统7驱动滚筒8,实现采煤机切煤和装煤的主运动,消耗的功率约占电动机容量的80%。电动机同时还驱动牵引部的变量泵一马达系统。
In this paper based upon theoretical analysis of kinetic specifications of haulage control system in drum shearer, its kinetic experiments and facsi- mile computer of the system descriptions are given to the functions of the control system, its major construction and principles of design from the view point of improving the opera- tion and reliability of drum shearer. A mathe- matical model has been established for the con- trol system of shearer including modelling feed- back, relation between cutting strength of coal. and loading capacity. Determination of kinetic parameters for the system is discussed and the range for their determination is recommended.
