Optimization of Entry Layout and Key Parmeters of A Mechanized Mining District

我国在发展综采前,经过多年实践所形成的采区巷道布置,对于综采是否适应和需要作哪些改进,以及如何规定或选择综采采区的主要参数,是近年来普遍关心、研究的问题。对此,提出如下一些看法。基本出发点是以有关费用最低为准,根据具体条件选择最优的采区巷道布置方案及其主要参数。

Entry layout and key parameters for a mining district can be determined with the help of modern means based on coal seam con- ditions and technical equipment. Optimal selection can be made by comparing several proposals. The criterion for optimization is the minimum cost. Mathematic models of a mining district for comprehensive and indivi- dual optimization are proposed. Examples of single-seam entry layout, multiple seam entry layout, thick seam layout mined by slicing method are shown. The paper has discussed the method for optimizing the entry layout such as in-seam layout or combined entry layout, the necessity of running a sub-level gathering entry, longwall along the strike or longwall to the dip. And the important techni- cal factors that affect the results of optimiza- tion are also involved.
