摘要
近年来,世界上很多社会学家、未来学家对所谓新的工业革命,提出了种种见解和看法。尽管他们的立场、观点不同,但当前世界上面临一次新的技术革命却是他们多数人的共同看法。一、当今世界上对新的技术革命的几种看法“第三次浪潮”是美国社会学家托夫勒于1980年首先提出来的。
based on trends of development of current world technical revolution,policies of coal industry are discussed.The author pointsout that:
1.technical transformation of coal industry in this country should be undertaken to increase the proportion of open-pit mining,to improve development layout and mining technology,so that'Five changes'might be realized;
2.application of computers should be popularized in the field of geological exploration;design,construction,management,mine safety monitoring and in control of coal preparation and major equipment;
3.it is necessary to set up data transmission system;
4.the use of new materials in coal mines;
5.and study of coal-based liquid fuel for its future use.
