掘进混合式通风排尘试验

摘要 我国煤矿掘进巷道普遍采用压入式通风,随着掘进机械化程度的提高和光爆锚喷技术的推广,粉尘污染越趋突出。为大面积地解决掘进巷道中的粉尘和炮烟污染问题,采用KSS600-x型(可伸缩)风筒、JTC-1型掘进通风除尘器及风筒快速接头等配套设施,试验了长抽短压的混合式通风,经在巷内和淮南孔集矿井下工业性试验,取得了良好的降尘效果。 KSS600-X type extensible tube,JTC-1 type dust collector for drivage,quick connector and other auxilliary services have been used and mix ventilation has been tested in order to control dust and blast fume problems in drivage.The results of demonstration in underground mine are good.Tests show:the speed attenuation distance on shaft of exhanst tube is 2--2.4m,suitable ratio of flow rate for exhaust and blow is 2:1--5:1,average resistance of extensible tube is 4.32--5.41 kμ/1OOm.The result of dust control is very good.Respirable dust content behind the exhaust tube with a distance of 5m decrease to 1/3--1/254 comparing with point at the end of the exhanst tube.The efficiency of dust collector reaches 90--98%.The dust content decrease to 2μg/m^3 after using the dust collector.
