立井直接延深

Direct Shait Extension

柳新煤矿设计能力30万吨/年,1978年投产,当年采煤13万吨,1983年达产,产煤32万吨。为了挖掘矿井潜力,扩大生产能力,进行矿井技术改造,使产量达到45万吨/年,进行延深工程。由-260水平延深到-430水平。经过多种矿井延深方案的比较,利用主井一水平上箕斗的有利条件,决定采用直接延深法,可缩短施工准备时间,加快延深施工速度,节约投资。立井延深是1983年10月动工的。

Direct shaft extension is that extension starts directly from production level without interfering with normaly hoisting.Hydraulic screw tension device is used instead of original plumb tension device of steel rope guides in Liuxin coal mine;there is a 18.3m of shaft section,starting from base guidebeam downward to the production level,which is used to install protection disk and to proceed with hoisting work of the shaft extension.Comparing with auxiliary level extention method the DSE saves a lot of temporary engineering works.The shaft is extended from -260m to -430m with 5m clearance diameter.Construction of main shaft extension including skip loading pocket began in Oct.1983 and finished in Aug.1984.
