In this paper the specific gravity cyclone preparation is discussed,Besides high precision of preparation and good washing results its main features are as follows:adopting low specific float liquid,making three kinds of prcducts just by one set of cyclone,much more simplelized circuit,reduced investments,numbers of equipments and the size of plant,etc.Therefore S G C P is the effictive way of develcping coal comprehensive utilization making multi-products with high quality.This paper mainly discusses the structures of φ500/350mm cyclone,coal grading principle,selection of main parameters,commercial test of raw powder coal preparation and technical and econmic targets in practice.
