硅对矿用圆环链用钢韧性的影响

摘要 圓环链是刮板输送机和刨煤机的关键元件之一,如何提高链条的质量,是煤矿机械制造行业一个极为重要的问题。十多年来,我国一直使用20MnVK钢制造高强度圓环链。实践表明,20MnVK钢不是一种合适的C级高强度圓环链用钢。为了满足C级链生产的需要,近年来西北煤机一厂、首钢等单位在20MnVK的基础上研制了23MnV和25MnV钢。 In this paper influence of silicon on toughness of steel link chain for mine use are studied by means of scanning electron microscope,optical metallographic examination and shock test.It indicates that weld ability of 25 SiMnV steel is improved by adding a small amount of silicon,resulting in thinning of crystalline grain,increasing the toughness of mother material and weld seams,reducing the ratio of waste products and brittle breaking of weld seams.Based on the same level of technique,the ratio of end product of class C chain made of 25 SiMnV steel is higher than that made of 25 MnV steel by 25%.Therefore,25 SiMnV steel is much more presentable steel for making of class C,link chain.
