Selection of Draining Equipments under the Principle of Minimum Energy Consumption

摘要 中国煤炭学会于1984年11月份在重庆召开了“煤矿通风、压气、排水设备经济运行学术讨论会”。《煤炭科学技术》从本期开始,将陆续地发表讨论会上宣读的部分文章,供煤矿机电技术人员在工作中参考。 The author consider that the highest efficiency of pump for mine use does mot mean the working condition of the lowest energy consumption. Therefore, conventional principle of selecting pumps based on the highest efficiency of pump is unilateral. It is also demonstrated thatworking condition of equipment in the highest efficiency is just it of the lowest energy consumption for per ton of water-100m (per ton of water-100m means power consumptionof draining one ton of water lifting 100m in hight). The author suggested that selections of draining pipe networks and its diameter can be directly planned according to predeterminate demands, it is not necessary to use reasonable diameter of pipes or economical flow velocity for determining of pipe diameter. Therefore, the conclutions are, selection of draining pumps is conduted by the principle of minimum energy consumption and draining pipe network is planned according to preselected working condition.
