上海宝山钢铁总厂是我国规模最大具有世界先进水平的现代化钢铁联合企业,年产铁和钢各600万吨。两座4063m3大型高炉,它对焦炭质量要求严,强度高,灰分、硫分低,Al2O3含量少等。中日双方商定,焦炭强度DI15150大于82%,灰分小于13%,硫分低于0.65%,高炉焦比为430kg/t铁。国家规定宝钢炼焦用煤应立足于国内,配煤方案由中日双方共同试验确定。煤炭科学研究院北京煤化学研究所承担了宝山钢铁厂焦化厂一期工程炼焦配煤方案的研究课题。
this paper describes the proposals for blend of coking coals for the first stage project of the Coking plant, Shanghai Iron and Steel Works. Based on decision between the Chinese and Japandse sides, the coke strength, DI_(15)^(150), shall be greater than 82%, ash content less than 13%, sulphur content less than 0.65%. and coke ratio for blast furnance 430kg of coke per ton of iron. The test results indicate that proposals N_1 and B_4 are better, which can satisfy cr surpass the indices agreed upon by both sides. The paper also involves the coal quality, test methods and results of coking tests made by both sides.
