摘要 四、连续采煤机采煤方法的适应范围和技术经济评价 1.目前连续采煤机采煤方法的适用范围采高一般为1~4m,个别的用到0.8m,另有二台采高6m的连续采煤机正在美国和南非的厚煤层和钾碱矿中试用。适应煤层倾角10°以下,最大不超过15°。覆盖层厚度,过去认为这种采煤方法只适于三、四百米以下浅覆盖层。近年经美国和澳大利亚实践,在500m覆盖层厚度、较完整稳定顶板下可正常工作。总的来说,这套设备适应于赋存比较规整、断层褶曲较少,顶板底板比较坚硬稳定的煤层中工作。 the paper describes the technological features of room and pillar mining method, performance and structure of continuous miner and its associated equipment. Based on a techno-economic evaluation, the assumption of introducing this method into China was put forward. The author considers that this method can be applied in a planned way in stages as a supplement to longwall mining in mine are as where conditions are suitable e.g. stable coal seams with a gradient less than 15° not prone to gas and coal outburst with competent and massive roof and floor, near-flat thin seam mining section, small outcrop at shallow depth with low gradient, small pits er small mines with a single coal seam, remnant coal pillar, protective pillar, mines where surface buildings have to be protected to avoid subsidence, where roof is hard and does not collapse, where continuous miner is used for developing roadways for longwall faces.
