贵石沟斜井掘进工艺和装备的研究

摘要 一、斜井施工现状与发展趋势随着煤矿生产集中化、机械化的发展,强力胶带输送机的应用,矿井的开拓部署有转向斜井、斜井立井开发方式发展的趋势。因为斜井提升能力大,建井工期短,投资少,可实现矿井运输机械化,还便于新水平的延深。美国塞尔比煤矿设计能力年产1000万吨,采用斜井、立井开拓方式。日本三池煤矿,苏联、西德一些大型矿井,都采用斜井和斜井立井开发。我国山西四台沟、雁子山、贵石沟等煤矿,设计能力为400~450万吨/年,也都采用斜井立井开发。 in sinking Guishigou slope in Yangquan, 8 to 10 drilling machines were used simultaneously. Powerful 200 shot exploder was introduced fcr checking the blasting network. Full-face blasting was employed. A scraper loader with a bucke capacity of 0.9m^3 and (?)m^3 skip were used fer transporting muck. winder with a drum diameter of 3m was employed fcr hoisting. 24m^3 hopper was adopted for storage and disposal of muck. Cement, sand, and aggregate were fed into a spraying machine by a conveyer on the surface. After being mixed, the dry-mix was transported with long distance pipeline. Shetcreting and U type steel ribs fermed a composite support. Long distance forced ventilation was adopted in single heading face. Quick-release couplings, laser alignment were used. Submersible pump and skip were employed for water drainage. Drilling and erection of support were conducted concurrently. Driving, shotcreting was carried out in sher stages. The best monthly advance reached 150.7m; average monthly advance 82m, annual advance being 1000m. In June, 1985 technical evaluation was made by the Ministry. The entirtr installation was characterized by high level (?)re mechanization, big capacity of transport and hoisting system.It possesses Chinese charactet. The constructional speed is fast, cost is low and easy to be popularized.
