动力用有油和无油空压机技术经济性对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 无油润滑活塞式空气压缩机(以下简称无油空压机)由于能提供不含润滑油的压缩空气而广泛地应用在化学工艺流程、食品、制药工业、仪表自动控制装置和空气输送等方面。目前,作为动力用活塞式空气压缩机在我国普遍采用有油空压机,少数单位也采用了无油空压机。本文试从制造成本、驱动空压机用功率消耗和维修费用诸方面,对有油空压机和无油空压机进行比较。换句话说,就其技术经济性对比作一般分析。 comparisons of compressors with and without oil lubricating system have been made in aspects of manufacturing cost, power and maintenance cost. The auther considers that the compressor without oil lubricating system have additional parts, ands adopt anti-covroaen material, so the manufacturing cost is generally about 15-20% higher than those without oil lubricating system. In China, specific power is introduced for evaluating pewer consumption of air compressors. The specific power of compressors without oil lubricating System is about 6% higher than that with lubricating system. Based on specific power index for evaluating the first rate produets in 1983, we take an air compressor with exhaust pressure of 7 kgf/cm^2, quantity of exhaust air 40m^3/min,as an example, the specific power for compressor without an oil lubricating system is 5.2 kw/m^3/min, and the specific power for compressor with an oil oil lubricating system is 4.9 kw/m^3/min. The author considers that compressors with an oil lubricating system is suitable for power supply purpose.
