枣庄朱子埠矿主副井采用两反一刷延深,工程延深83m,仅用23天时间,收到延深速度快,投资少,效率高的效果。一、工程概况该矿年产45万吨,主副井内径均为4.5m,各安装一对一吨矿车普通罐笼,装备木质罐道。井筒一水平垂深145.5m,二水平井底深255.5m,除保护岩柱及二水平马头门外,还需延深83m井筒。一水平井壁结构为料石,厚350mm,一水平以下井壁结构为锚喷。
the main and auxiliary shafts were deepened by double raising and reaming method, i.e. a pilot raise, 2m in diameter,wasmade for the first time with adouble-deck telespcopic and foldable cage from the second level to the first level. From the first deck of the two-deck stage 12 boreholes were drilled and blasted, and from the second deck 25 horizontal boreholes were drilled for the next raising. When the pilot raise was accomplished, the second raising started. Since the horizontal boreholes were already drilled, charges were loaed into bo reholes and blasted. The muck fell on the second level and loaded and hauled by a lodader. The reaming of shaft, rock bolting and shotcreting, and installation of shaft equipment were conducted simultaneously on a three-deck stage. The total length of deepening was 83m, and it took 23 days to finish, including pilot raise 9 days, second raising 4 days, reaming and support 10 days. It was finished with fairly high speed.
