粗、中粒合理跳汰周期曲线的研究

摘要 传统的选别矿石用的跳汰机多为偏心连杆机构驱动隔膜运动,所造成的脉动水流速度随时间的变化为正弦曲线。理论和实践均证明了这种脉动曲线的跳汰机,有效分层作用时间短,吸入作用又过强,所以不宜于处理宽级别矿石。本文对此进行了研究,探讨制定合理粗、中粒跳汰周期曲线的方法。 With the aim of improving separation of coarse and medium grain materials with wide range, this paper discusses reasonable jig periodic curve method for overcoming the disadvantage of sine periodic curve. Therefore we have made the cams having different periodic curve forms by simulated tests and tabulated computations. The procedure is as follows, based on ore characteristics working out average speed of raising water flow, its maximum movement and acting time, derating water flow speed and acting time, obtaining periodic time and suitable wash time, according to raising and derating water flow acting times. Finally drawing a speed-time curve using above parameters based on certain bed loose forms, movement curve comes from integration of speed curve over time, transfering movement curve into cam contour. When the non-symmetric periodic jig designed based on the curves processes the waste with ore graininess of 25~0mm and sulphur content of 7.67% in Caitun coal mine. The yellow iron concentrate with grade of 31.49% and recovery of 72.34% was obtained only after first washing. The grade and recovery have got 90.7% and 93.6% theoretical values respectively.
