鸡西局自五十年代起,一直沿用长壁后退开采。随着采煤机械化水平的大幅度提高,特别是综采的大力发展,回采工作面推进逐年加快,综采工作面月进一般在80~100m,最高达120m以上,超过掘进工作面的单进水平,采掘接续日趋紧张。
To Compare with other fully mechanized coal faces in same mining conditions, a Z type advance mining with no coal pilar tested in Erdaohezi Coal Mine Jixi Coal Mine Bureau has increased its production by 32%, labour efficiency by 4 % and month advance rate by 38.3%.
Its main technique is as following. An advanced drift at a low face end will be excavated by a drilling and blasting. A frictionla metal prop system with hinged roof beam will be an initial support system for the opening sections. A floor denting near 3 meter point of face support at low face end will be conducted by a drilling and blasting. Those openings will be supported by 25 U steel ladder-shaped telescoping supports. The 25U steel telescoping support will be used as a basic support system along the drift which is near a gob. There will be a frictional metal prop needed as a reinforced prop between two telescoping supports along a up side of a drift. Along a side near gob, wooden chocks and rock lining could be built for the drift expansion. An another method for the drift expansion is to use the telescoping metal support with a small clearance between two supports. A check curtain will be used to prevent ventilation leakage. An ventilation leakage rate for late method will be 18.6% higher than the rate for the first method.
