Study on an Optimum Process For a Honeycomb briquet production

近几年来,民用煤大力推广蜂窝煤是为了节约用煤和改善环境污染状况。随着蜂窝煤的推广,生产蜂窝煤的机械化生产线也不断地扩大和发展起来。下面就我国当前蜂窝煤机械化生产线存在的主要问题。

This paper summarise major problems, such as equipment quick worn-out, high physical labour strength, dust pollution surroundings, high-level noise and others occoured at mechanized production lines for honeycomb briquet. Based on above problems, a study on a domestic optimum process for honeycomb briquet production has been conducted. It has made out several proposals, such as a special coal batching production line, optimum crushing aud screening procss, adhesive agent treatment, mixing and intermediate storage. Finally, it provides two optimum production processes for honeycomb briquet. One is a line with an annual production of 10,000 t, using mud as an adhesive agent and the other is a line with an annual production of 20,000～ 25,000t, not using mud as an adhesive agent and using gummy yellow mud as an ddhesive agent. Those two processes are based on our country actual conditions and will have a practical interest.
