Study and Utilization on Low-Ash Coal Resource in China

煤炭是我国的主要能源,我国煤炭产量增长迅速,煤炭质量愈来愈受到重视。随着易开采优质煤层日益减少,原煤质量变坏,采煤机械化程度的提高,增加了原煤杂质。1965年和1977年我国统配煤矿商品煤灰分为19.56％和23.51％。通过煤质管理和技术改造,1983年和1984年商品煤灰分降为20.31％和20.05％。随着我国国民经济的发展。

This paper states location characteristices, coal formation age, resource and precent utilization about low-ash coal in China. The low-ash coal has special applications. At precent, a major port of the coal has not been well and reasonablly utilized and some of the coal is only for burning which is a big waste. This paper detailly states access of reisonable utilization of low-ash coal and the economic values. The low-ash coal mainly are non-coking coal and only some are high grade coking coal. The low-ash coal are non coking coal, weekly coking coal and gas coal. The main applications are for production of high grade metallurgical coke, foundry coke, coal-water slarry, active carbon and carbonaceous materials, injecting materials for blast furnace, carbon black directly produced from coal and a development of clean and pure coal based fuel. Fully utilization of the proper tiesof low-ash coal will produce more new products.
