急倾斜特厚煤层综采放顶煤采煤法

摘要 本文介绍了急倾斜特厚煤层综采放顶煤采煤法在窑街矿务局二矿的试验情况及有关问题的探讨. A problem of mining mechanization for steep thick seam in China has not been solved for several years. By using a mechanized sub-level caving method as a solution of the problem is a new way. A trial of a horizontal layer mechanized sub-level caving method was conducted in No.2 seam, No. 2 Mine Yaojie Coal Mine Bureau, March 1985. It has obtained good technical and economic results as followiog. A working face with 20 meter long has a month production of 19036 tonnes and a max. day production is upto 970 tonnes which is twice as much as the old mining method. The mining efficiency·is about 12.438 tonnes/man which is four times as much as previously. The mining recovery rate is about 85-90%which is 20% more than the previous. This succesful trial has a great significance to mechanization problem which is needed to be solved in steep thick seam. This paper states a geological condition of the trial working face, the equipments used and trial procedure. It also briefly goes further with mining recovery rate, mine refuse percentage, a depth of a sub-level and caving procedure of a sub-level caving method.
