Application of large pneumatic cushion belt conveyor in coal mine

介绍了在托辊胶带输送机的基础上改装的气垫胶带输送机,已应用于北京王平村矿取得了较好的效益。

A large pneumatic cushion belt conveyor rebuilt and converted from a conventional roller belt conveyor has been made first successful trial in Chinese coal industry e.g. in Wupingcun Coal Mne, Beijing Coal Mine Bureau.The main Technical features are as following: a belt speed of 1.6 m/s, conveyor capacity of 475 t/h, belt width of 1000 mm, conveyor length of 97.765m, coal size between 0 and 300 mm, motor horse-power 55 kW, blower fan horsepower 15 kW, pan slot angle of 30° and pneumatic cushion thickness about 0.8 to 0.7 mm. This belt conveyor is divided into two sections, e.g. a level section and an inclined section.lt has well run for a time of 23 days and transported 10,000 tons of R.O.M.. The features of this conveyor are as following: simple structure, less maintenance cost (11500 could be saved for mainteance each year based on an estimation), low energy consumption (8-16% of power would be saved) and high efficiency. The belt width also can be reduced when it carried some loading as a conventional conveyor. It has a steady running reliability and no coal dropping which will improve working conditions.
