摘要
本文是我国自行设计制造的YK3.0×5.25圆振动筛,介绍了圆振动筛的原理、参数选择和筛机结构,以及工业性试验的结果。
This paper introduces principle, selection of parameters, design structure, advantages and final industrial trial results of YK rotary vibration screen.The capacity of the screen is about 250 to 1000 tons/h.Coal sizes are classified into 13, 25 and 50 mm.. The max. size screened is less then 150 mm.. The operations show that the screen structure is resonable in design, strength of vibration is quite high, and it has quite large capacity.It also can steady run and has a reliability in operation and low maintenance.All aoove can meet with requirement of production.
