摘要
镇江市古洞煤矿在煤层厚度2m以下、煤层倾角45°~70°的薄及中厚煤层中试验成功了该采煤法。本文从采区巷道布置、回采工艺、及有关参数的选择和技术经济指标等几个方面作了较为详细的论述。
——trials on mining steep thin and medium thick coal seams less than 2m at an angle of 45-70°with benching method were made successfully in Gudong coal mine in Zhenjiang Qi-ty and good techno-economic results were achieved. This paper describes in detail the entry layout in mining sections, mining technology, and selection of related parameter. The main characteristics of this mining method are, the longwall face is divided into several short faces, when coal is won, one short face is in advance of the next short face and they kept a fixed distance apart. At the same time, they are connected by inclined headings which are formed in the process of mining, forming an inclined bench.
Based on the practical experience obtained in the past few years, this method has the following merits:
1. improved face working conditions and safety in steep coal seams; 2, good adaptability to coal seam occurrence, 3, low timber consumption; 4, high rate of resources recovery,5, simultaneous operation of all the short face if necessary,which is useful in increasing face output.
