十年立井施工状况

摘要 总结我国立井施工状况,指出控制井筒涌水量10m^3以下,发展混合作业和机械化配套的三个方向。 -During a decade period from 1976 to 1985,172 new shafts with a total depth of 74, 166 m have sunk in Chinese coal mines with an average month sinking rate of 445 m. As for the 172 new shafts, 89 new shafts were sunk by a conventional shaft sinking method and 83 new thafts were sunk by special shaft sinking methods. The max. diameter of a shfat was 8 m, the max. depth of a shaft was 934 m and the max. month rate of a shaft sinking was 177.02 m. The shaft sinking technology and equipment in China coal mine have neared to or rearched the world advanced level. With wide applications of mechanical shaft sinking equipments, there are wide applications on sinking jumbos for blasting hole drilling, deep hole blasting, large clamshells, large shaft buckets, large winder for debris loading and hoisting,concret shotting for immediate support, slidding modelling for concret lining and combined shaft sinking. And there are gradual improvements in cementation dry shaft sinking, freezing shaft sinking, shaft boring, curtain shaft sinking, caisson sinking and other special sinkings.
