叙述了该矿对综采设备的十项改革内容及收到的效果。
practical experience showed that although the face installation for fully mechanized face was rational in design and had good adaptability, if the. user did not modify it to suit local conditions its performance could not be brought into full play, Shigejie mine in Luan made satisfactory modifications of the face system introduced from poland. They included:
1. Use of limit screw to control the haulage speed of shearer;
2. Design of a ramp for loading powered support to shorten the time for withdrawal of supports;
3. Modification of connecting beam for push and pull powered support and AFC;
4. Manufacturing of fore-poling fixed on the roof beam;
5. Modification of belt reel;
6. Heat-treatment of picks of drum shearer;
7. Improvement of the layout of cable handler of shearer;
8. Improvement of connections between pan lines;
9. Change of lifting device for stage loader;
10. Protection of shaft of the delivery end of stage loader.
