摘要
本文运用摩擦圆理论推导了液压支架在外加载和内加载时,支架实际外载与立柱工作阻力的关系,以便对支架试验载荷进行修正。
-type test of powered support at home and abroad generally consists of performance, strength and endurance (life) tests. In general, external loading is applied for strength tests, and internal loading is employed in endurance test. In tests, the value of loading is mostly based on the rated working resistance of legs. Theoretical analysis indicates that when different leading methods are used, the actual external loading is different from the theoretical external loading when 1he legs reach the rated resistance due to friction at the hinged points of powered supports. This difference should not be neglected. To ensure the quality of tests, the test pressure should be revised. The paper derives the relation between the actual external loading and the resistance of legs of the powered support when supports ere under external or internal loading by using the theory of friction circle, so as to revise the leading in tests,
