摘要 本文通过井下大量的实测资料及实验室模拟,得出了高沼气矿井无煤柱开采的优越性及无煤柱开采一源二汇通风的优越性。 the key to good production organization is how to deal with gas, spontaneous combustion and ground pressure properly with a goal to obtain safety, economy and high rate of coal recovery. In Bayi mine, Fengcheng, gas emission is high; ground pressure is low; and coal seams are prone to spontaneous combustion. Tube bundle system is used to monitor temperature in goaf and gas compositions to ensure that spontaneous combustion will not occur. In addition, small amout of air leakage is permissible in mining district so as to control gas hazards in coal face. Wooden props are used to enh mce gate-side support with good results. Valuable conclusions are drawn based on underground measurements. Comparisons of indices of pillarless mining with those of pillar mining, e.g. absolute gas emission, gas concentration in return airways, gas concentration in corner of upper face end, have proved that pillarless mining is superior from safety point of views. Analysis of gas drainage quantity from Nos. 412 and 416 faces, gas emission in returns, gas emission in the mined out areas, have shown the merits of pillarless mining in ventilation. The paper also describes simulation tests of ventilation in gob of No.416 face using pillarless mining, which has promoted the theoretical level of researchers.
