螺旋滚筒切削载荷特性的分析

摘要 本文通过对滚筒载荷形成的原理进行分析,以找出滚筒参数与其载荷特性间的关系。 fluctuation of load on a cutting drum is the main reason for vibration of shearer and its components. The fluctuation characteristics are directly related to the rpm of drum, number of start and wrap angle of spiral vane, pick lacing, etc. It is impossible to overcome totally load fluctuation. To improve reliability of shearer and its components and service life, their inherent frequency should be far from the external load fluctuation frequencies, f_1, f_2 and f j. Pick lacing has a great effect on the amplitude of fluctuation of drum cutting load. pick lacing on the vane should avoid as much as possible 'picks arranged in one row' . Pick lacing of end plate should cope with that of vane.
