作者结合福建省二个井田用编制平衡地质剖面及其复原图,介绍了编图的条件、方法、应注意的问题,以及对煤田地质构造研究方面的意义和作用。

A balance cross-section is a recent important development in tectonic geological drawing. Its basic theory is the law of indestructibity of matter and the drawing method is based on a principle of geometry. Due to the drawing method is easy and has significant results, this method has been widely applied in study of earth's crust stretch volume in an orogenic zone, foreland area, and tectonic deformed area within a slab. This paper is the experiences on the drawing and restoration of balance cross-sections for two mine fields in Fujian Province. Base on the principles of the drawing, it has detailly stated the conditions, methods and special attentions for the drawing. It also stated the drawing has a significance and function to the study of geological structure in coal fields.
