探讨泡沫塑料、钢筋混凝土内外壁及夹层井壁结构和壁座的设计计算方法。
A double reinforced concrete shaft lining sandwiched with foamed plastic boads was adopted in 4 freezing sinking shafts at Huaibei Coal Mine Administration to eliminate shaft cribs. The design priciple is that the inner shaft lining which calculated base on water pressure is together with outer shaft lining as a permernent support of the shaft. The inner and outer linings were calculated with deformed ' coordination. Polystyrene foamed plastics were sandwiched between the outer shaft lining and shaft -wall. As the thickness of the polystyrene foamed plastics increased, a freezing pressure would decrease. Therefore, it can reduce the thickness of a calculated outer shaft lining, the amount of steel bar, the amount of concrete and the capital cost. The: outer shaft lining was lined by a low section to a low section from top to bottom. When the outer lining reached at a bottom of the design base reck section, the inner shaft lining was lined from bottom to top without to have shaft crib. As for the construction of the inner lining, it was to pour concrete just after the foamed plastic boad set up. This construction operation could reduce a restricted temperature stress from the outer lining to the inner lining. When the shaft lining operation was completed at the shaft mouth and when the freezing shaft wall -was defreezed, a grouting operation would be conducted between the inner and outer linings.
