摘要 为探索深部矿井超大采高综采技术的可行性,基于浅部煤层大采高综采技术应用的成功经验,在分析我国大采高综采技术发展历程的基础上,阐述了超大采高综采技术特点,分析了深部矿井采用超大采高综采技术的可行性,认为超大采高综采具有生产效率高、资源采出率高、工艺流程简单等优点,分析了深部超大采高综采所需的关键技术及可能面临的问题,分析表明:深部矿压显现强烈、工作面巷道变形量较大、对设备可靠性要求较高是深部超大采高综采技术面临的主要问题,因此深入研究矿压显现规律、煤壁稳定性控制技术措施、提高设备可靠性是实现超大采高综采技术需解决的首要问题。 In order to discover the feasibility of a reaserch prospect of fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height in deep mine,based on the successful experience of the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height applied to the seam with a shallow mining depth and the analysis on the development progress of the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height in China,the paper stated the features of the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height and had an analysis on the feasibility of the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height applied to deep mine. The paper held that the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height would have high production efficiency,high resource mining rate,simple technical procedure and other advantages. The paper analyzed the key technology required for the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height in the deep mine and the problems faced. The analysis showed that a serious mine strata pressure behavior,high deformation of the mining gateway and high reliability of the equipment were the main issues faced to the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height applied in the deep mine. Therefore,mine strata pressure behavior law,to have the technical measures of the coal wall stability control and to improve the reliability of the equipment were the key issues need to solve for realizing the fully- mechanized coal mining technology with ultra high cutting height.
