摘要
针对旋转综采工作面旋采期间运煤系统存在的转向问题,对潘北煤矿12124综采工作面原带式输送机进行了转弯改造。根据运输巷内DSJ100/130/2×200型带式输送机的参数、特征及空间位置等,确定了带式输送机合理的转弯半径,并对转弯处带式输送机进行内曲线抬高及安装调向托辊等,实现了带式输送机在运输巷转向地点的平缓过渡,保证了综采工作面旋采期间的正常出煤。
According to the turning problem of the coal conveying system occurred during a rotary mining period of rotary fully-mechanized coal mining face,a retuning reform was conducted on the previous belt conveyor applied to No. 12124 fully-mechanized coal mining face in Panbei Mine.According to the parameters,features,space location and others of the DSJ100/130/2×200 belt conveyor in the headentry,a rational turning radius of the belt conveyor was determined.An internal curve lifting and the directional adjusted roller installation was conducted at the turning point of the belt conveyor.A gently transition of the belt conveyor was realized at the turning point of the conveying gateway to ensure the normal coal conveying during the rotary mining period.
