摘要
针对应用于煤层气开采领域的游梁式抽水机配电网功率因数偏低且谐波含量较大导致的供电质量问题,进行了三电平静止无功补偿技术的研究。在分析了配电网无功、谐波产生原因的基础上,设计了基于二极管箝位型三电平逆变器的静止无功发生器拓扑结构和电压电流双闭环控制策略,简化了三电平空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略,同时搭建了试验样机并应用于山西晋煤集团蓝焰煤层气公司生产现场。实践结果表明,电网平均功率因素提高到0.99,所设计的三电平静止无功发生器可有效提高游梁式抽水机配电网功率因数,同时有效降低配电网电流谐波含量,从而提高了配电网的供电质量。
According to the power supply quality problems caused by the low power factor and high harmonic content of power distribution network for the beam type water pump applied to the coalbed methane mining area,a study on three level static VAR compensation technol-ogy was conducted.With an analysis on the causes of VAR and harmonics occurred in the power distribution network,based on diode-clamped three-level inverter,a topological structure of the static VAR generator and the voltage and current double-loop control tactics were designed and the three-level space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM)tactics were simplified.Meanwhile,test prototype was built and applied to a production site of Lanyan Coal Bed Methane Company,Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group.The production practice results showed that three level static VAR generator designed could effectively improve the power factor of power distribution net-work for beam type water pump applied to the coalbed methane mining and could effectively reduce the current harmonic content of the power distribution network,which could improve the power supply quality of the power distribution network.
