燃煤助燃剂催化助燃效果评价方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对燃煤助燃剂催化助燃效果评价方法缺乏科学评价指标的现状,通过热重分析仪研究了CuSO4和K2CO3两种纯组分助燃剂对阳泉无烟煤和铁法烟煤燃烧特性参数的影响。同时,通过改进坩埚类型,探讨了CuSO4与K2CO3对阳泉无烟煤和铁法烟煤燃烧的恒温区碳转化率与残灰碳氢含量的影响。试验结果表明:以燃烧特性参数中的着火温度、恒温区碳转化率与残灰碳氢含量3个参数作为助燃剂催化助燃效果的评价指标,能全面地评价助燃剂对煤燃烧过程的催化助燃效果。分布活化能模型分析结果表明,煤催化燃烧活化能变化与助燃剂对煤燃烧催化助燃效果存在对应关系,同时从动力学角度验证了着火温度、恒温区碳转化率指标评价助燃效果的正确性。 Aiming at status of lacking scientific index for catalytic combustion evaluation of coal combustion adjuvant,the effects of CuSO4 and K2 CO3 on combustion characteristics of Yangquan anthracite coal and Tiefa bituminous coal were investigated by thermal-gravimetric analyzer.Meanwhile,the carbon conversion in isothermal area,and carbon and hydrogen in residual ash were also discussed though the im-proved crucible type.The results showed that the catalytic combustion effects of CuSO4 and K2CO3 on coal combustion could be evaluated comprehensively by three evaluation indexes,such as the ignition temperature of combustion characteristics,the conversion in isothermal ar-ea and the carbon in residual ash.The results of distributed activation energy model presented that the change of distributed activation ener-gy showed a good correspondence with the effects on catalyst in coal combustion,and proved the correctness for the indexes of ignition tem-perature and carbon conversion in isothermal area based on the kinetic model to evaluate the combustion supporting effect.
