定向高位长钻孔抽采位置确定及瓦斯治理效果 被引量:43

摘要 为了有效治理采空区上隅角瓦斯,针对九里山矿16041工作面采用定向高位长钻孔抽采上隅角瓦斯的现状,利用UDEC软件对工作面上覆岩层塑性区进行模拟,并结合现场试验,确定了定向高位长钻孔最佳抽采位置应为距离顶板13~25 m内。抽采结果表明:工作面上隅角平均瓦斯体积分数从0.78%下降到0.31%,回采工作面推进速度从3.6 m/d提高到4.8 m/d,提高了约1.33倍,保证了工作面回采安全。 In order to effectively control the upper corner gas in a goaf,according to the status that directional high level long borehole was applied to drainage the upper corner gas in No. 16041 Coal Mining Face in Jiulishan Mine,UDEC software was applied to simulate the plastic zone in the overburden strata above a coal mining face. In combination with a site experiment,an optimum drainage location of the directional high level long borehole determined should be within distance of 13 ~ 25 m to the roof. The result showed that an average volume fraction of the upper corner gas in the coal mining face was reduced from 0. 78% to 0. 31% and the advancing speed of the coal mining face was improved from 3. 6 m / d to 4. 8 m / d and was increased by 1. 33 times,which could ensure safety mining.
