摘要
为了解决高地应力软岩巷道矿压显现剧烈及支护难度大的问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法,提出了软岩巷道长短锚杆协调支护技术,结果表明:可接长锚杆与普通锚杆搭配使用,可协调长短锚杆与围岩的相互作用力,不仅保证了围岩具有较高的支护强度,而且可以适应软岩巷道的大变形。长短锚杆协调支护技术在蒲河煤矿应用表明,该技术能较好的支护巷道,可将巷道顶板的变形量控制在100~200 mm,应用效果表明长短锚杆协调支护较好的适应了顶板的大变形,对围岩具有较好的控制作用。
In order to solve the serious mine strata pressure behavior and high support difficulty of a mine high geostress and soft rock road-way,a theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method were applied and a long and short bolt coordinate support technology of themine soft rock roadway was provided. The results showed that a collocation utilization of the connectable long bolt and conventional bolt andan interaction force of the coordinated long and short bolt and the surrounding rock would not only ensure the surrounding rock with a highsupport strength,but also could be suitable for the large deformation of the mine soft rock roadway. The application of long and short boltcoordinate support technology to Puhe Mine showed that the technology could well support the mine roadway and could control the roof de-formation value of the mine roadway within 100 ~ 200 mm. The application effect showed that the long and short bolt coordinate supportcould well fit the large deformation of the roof and could have a well control role of the surrounding rock.
