大采高工作面矸石充填开采技术效果分析 被引量:17

摘要 为准确评价大采高综合机械化矸石充填效果,采用理论分析、实验室试验与工程实践相结合的方法,以东坪煤矿建筑物下厚煤层资源回采为研究背景,确定了影响充填质量的评价因素,建立了大采高综合机械化矸石充填质量评价技术体系。研究结果表明:由充填开采岩层移动规律、影响充填质量的因素、质量检测参数、质量检测系统布置、质量检测评价手段等分系统组成的充填质量评价技术体系可以较准确评价充填质量,并在东坪煤矿成功进行了充填质量检测及评价,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,为类似条件村庄压煤采用矸石充填技术提供了指导和参考。 In order to accurate evaluation on the mechanized coal waste backfilling effect of the high cutting coal mining face,a method combined with a theoretical analysis,lab test and engineering practices was applied to determine the factors affected to the evaluation on the backfilling quality based on the thick seam mining under the buildings in Dongping Coal and to establish the quality evaluation technical system of the mechanized coal waste filling in the high cutting mining face. The study results showed that the backfilled quality evaluation technical system consisted of the overburden strata movement law above the backfilled mining,factors affected to the backfilled quality,quality diction parameters,quality diction system arrangement,quality detection evaluation means and other subsystem could accurately evaluate the backfilled quality. The backfilled quality detection and evaluation was successfully conducted in Dogping Coal with obvious social and economic benefit obtained and could provide the guidance and references to the coal waste backfilled mining technology of the seam under the village with similar condition.
