煤矿立井50t提煤箕斗关键技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了满足大型矿井立井对50 t提煤箕斗的使用需求,针对50 t箕斗研制过程中存在的关键技术问题进行了研究,在综合分析井筒断面利用率、物料流动性等因素的基础上,提出了箕斗截面尺寸及高度的确定方法,利用有限元计算分析方法对箕斗斗箱强度进行了仿真分析,确定了斗箱最大应力点位于斗箱中下部,根据动力学公式分析计算了闸门开启阻力和导轨冲击载荷,为大型箕斗结构设计提供依据。结合某矿井实际工况,确定了50 t箕斗截面长×宽为3.37 m×1.55 m,高度为23.2 m,有效容积为58 m3,并完成了样机试制。 In order to meet requirement of 50 t skip used in large mining vertical shaft hoisting system,key technology of 50 t skip in manufacture process was researched. Based on utilization rate of shaft section and material flowability in skip,calculation method of skip section size and height was proposed,and also strength of skip was analyzed by finite element analysis method,the maximum stress appeared in lower side of the skip. The gate open resistance and guide rail impact load were calculated by the dynamic formulae,which could be provided for designer as reference. The section size( 3. 37 m × 1. 15 m),height( 23. 2 m) and effective volume( 58 m3) were designed based on the working condition of mine,and also prototype machine manufacture of 50 t skip was finished.
